Who do you work with?
We work with corporate organisations, including telecoms operators and banks, government ministries, departments and agencies, and schools and educational institutions across Nigeria and Africa.
Can training programmes be tailored to our organisation?
Yes. Our courses are born on site through direct work with organisations. We start by understanding your people, systems and goals, then design content around your realities rather than delivering an off-the-shelf syllabus.
Where are programmes delivered?
We are based in Kaduna and deliver programmes on-site at client premises, at partner venues and at retreat locations across Nigeria.
What support do you offer schools?
We provide school improvement support, leadership training for school owners and heads, teacher development and help with administrative systems, all focused on stronger learning outcomes.
Do you organise conferences and staff retreats?
Yes. We plan and host conferences, seminars and keynotes, and design staff retreats that build cohesion and align teams with strategic objectives.
